Kale soup
Caldo Verde

500g potatoes cut in small cubes
300g onions cut in quarters
2 cloves of garlic
1 litre water
100g kale leaves or sliced cabbage or spinach
50g olive oil
1 chourico sausage cut in slices
Salt to taste

  • Place the potatoes, onion, garlic and water into the TM bowl.
  • Place the kale leaves into the Varoma and cook for 25 mins / Varoma temp / speed 1
  • When the cooking time is complete, keep the kale to one side, and place the measuring cup in place again, and blend for 1 min / speed 7
  • Cut the kale in fine strips, and place these together with the chourico slices and the olive oil and cook for 2 min / 100ยบ / speed 1
